ok, I can't bring myself to be mean, but I will say this: GET YOUR BUTTS IN GEAR AND GET A MOVE ON! NO EXCUSES MISSIES. MOVE IT! MOVE IT! MOVE IT! SHAKE IT! SHAKE IT! SHAKE IT! AND STEP AWAY FROM THE JUNK FOOD OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE THIN SIDE OF THE SCALES, AND YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS!!!! is that mean enough?????? Those cookies and unhealthy foods will only make you feel good for the few short minutes you are eating them, but then the feeling is gone. Nothing feels as good as conquering your weaknesses, getting stronger and beating those exercises into a pulp. in all seriousness though, it's not a laughing matter. You both are working on careers where image is very important, and the healthier you are, the higher your earning potential is, plus it does make a difference on how perspective clients perceive you. Many people see fat people as weak, and therefore if you're weak, then do you have what it takes to work your tail off for them. So you have to decide, do you want that cookie more than you want your life and all that it entails as a thinner woman? I wish you the best, now PUT DOWN THE DAMN COOKIE ALREADY, JEEZ! you said to be mean, remember
HEY GIRLS!!! Well I was just checking out all my buddies spaces to see all the updates... And I watched your Week 7 Blog....Email me, and I will try to find more info once I get home from work (Im at work right now) but I use to drink whats called an "Omentum Shake". I should have the recipe at home, and I believe you are suppose to drink it for 2 out of 3 major meals per day. Anyway...I know how stressful life can get. With everything...work, school, getting sick, etc etc. But just hang in there!!
